Stardew Valley: Vincent

We keep introducing you to villagers who live in Stardew Valley, because we really want you to have many good friends. Vincent is a little boy who lives south of Pelican Town. He is a friend of Jas, and you often can see them together. Vincent’s parents are Kent and Jodi. During your first year in Stardew Valley, Kent is at war, so he returns only a year after, in spring. Sam is Vincent’s brother, and Vincent wants to be just like Sam when he grows up.

We decided to include Vincent’s detailed schedule in our Stardew Valley guide, so you could always find him in case you want to give him a gift.

Vincent’s Schedule

Usually, Vincent is at home from 9:00 AM, when he wakes up. He spends the most time in town and returns home at 7:00 PM. During all seasons except summer, Vincent and Jas are tutored by Penny at the Museum.

At 2:00 PM, Vincent leaves his home and walks to the town square. On Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, at 4:20 PM, you can find him walking in Pelican Town. At 5:00 PM, he walks back home.

In summer, Stardew Valley Vincent is at home from 9:00 AM to 1:40 PM. Then Vincent decides to leave his home and walks to the Beach. At 7:00 PM, he goes back home.

On rainy days, Vincent is at home all day long. On Spring 11^th, Vincent visits the clinic with Jodi.

Stardew Valley Gift Guide: Vincent Edition

As you may have noticed, any friendly relationship in Stardew Valley is based on giving each other gifts. If you choose a right gift, it will give you friendship points. Otherwise, you will lose certain friendship points. The most important gifts are birthday gifts because their effect is multiplied by eight. Vincent’s birthday is Spring 10^th, so don’t forget to prepare a good present!

Vincent loves such gifts as Pink Cake, Rabbit’s Foot, Cranberry Candy, Prismatic Shard, and Grape. He also likes Daffodil and Coconut.

Vincent reacts neutrally to any kinds of Milk and other items classified as Universal Neutrals.

We suggest not giving Vincent such Stardew Valley gifts as Leek, Chanterelle, Winter Root, Morel, Common Mushroom, Hazelnut, Quartz, Dandelion, Purple Mushroom, Holly, and Snow Yam.

Vincent also hates Wild Horseradish, Clay, and other items that are hated by most characters.

Once you reached eight hearts of friendship with Vincent, Stardew Valley game will show you a special scene. He will ask you if you know how to keep secrets. You won’t be able to reply though, so he will tell you that he’s going to marry Penny when he will grow up. Such a scene activates even if you are married to Penny.
