Stardew Valley Linus Basket

One of the really fun things about Stardew Valley is the different quests that you get from different villagers that set some objectives that you need to complete, and once you have completed them, provide you with some rewards. When playing the game, you can check to see which quests you have received by checking your journal. There are two different ways you can get quests. Each day there is new help wanted quests that are posted on the bulletin board that you will find outside of Pierre’s General store. You will find randomly generated quests here that can be completed to get some money or increase friendship with the quest giver.



One of the quests that you get when you increase your friendship with Linus it to help him find his missing Blackberry Basket. He gives you this quest by sending you a letter in game time which is the 8^th of Fall. Linus’ blackberry basket can be a difficult one to find. The reason for this is because he doesn’t give any word on how to find the basket, and you end up with no idea where it could be. But half of the fun is trying to figure out where it’s at without many clues. However, some of you might not want to spend a lot of time to figure this one out on your own.

So we decided to help you with some Stardew Valley blackberry basket directions. So put on your walking shoes, and let’s go find that basket. The first thing you want to be is at your farm. From your farm, you will want to start traveling east. You’ll end up at the bus stop if you keep traveling in this direction. From the bus stop, you want to follow the road heading west. Now we can’t measure for you exactly where you will find the basket, but if you keep heading in this direction, you’ll come to a dead end on the road. It is here that you should find the elusive Blackberry Basket. You’ll know when you find it because it will identify as only a ‘Berry Basket’ and the description will tell you that it’s stained with berry juice. This must be the missing basket.

Now it’s time to return the basket to Linus. You will find him in his usual place west of the mines in his lonely tent. Upon talking to him, he will automatically take the basket from your inventory and you will be rewarded with 1 Friendship heart.

Linus is probably one of the most interesting no player characters in the game. He is known as an outsider who lives in a tent away from the town. He see’s everyone else in the village as enemies. He isn’t an outcast by the town people, he is simply living alone because he prefers this.

However, once you become friends with him, you will see he has a kind-hearted nature. It’s important to know that his Birthday is on 3^rd Winter game time. So if you’re playing the game, make sure to become friends with this NPC as he is regarded as one of the more important nonplayer characters. It’s possible you could end up in some trouble if you are ever inside of a mine. If it happens that you pass out or are injured, Linus will be the one to rescue you and carry you out. So it’s a good idea to become best friends with Stardew Linus.
